Together we will offer a more comprehensive consumer protection service, in a partnership that already incorporates Birmingham, Wolverhampton and Dudley Trading Standards Services.


The Shipshape List was set up almost ten years ago by Solihull Trading Standards and has been a true trailblazer for consumer protection. It enabled Consumers to choose a reliable business, to carry out their Home Improvements. They would be safe in the knowledge that if things should go wrong, there would be someone to turn to for free help and assistance.


As we follow in the footsteps of the people who designed and implemented the Shipshape List, we at No Rogue Traders Here would like to acknowledge our gratitude to the Council, Trading Standards and the dedicated Shipshape team for all of the groundbreaking work they have done over the years.


The new system being offered by No Rogue Traders Here will not significantly change any structures already in place. Instead, we will simply be increasing the level of consumer protection available, in order to make it an even more comprehensive service.
