We will forward your name, address and telephone number. You may receive a call from the business or businesses to arrange a meeting with you to discuss your requirements.

8. Membership for traders.

Membership to "NO ROGUE TRADERS HERE" will commence on the day the application is signed and renewal will be 12 months from that date. Membership can be withdrawn at anytime, without notice, without reason and no refund of any monies will be due. Members will be entering into a contract with· "NO ROGUE TRADERS HERE" and not with Trading Standards.

9. Fees for traders.

"NO ROGUE TRADERS HERE" will give prior notice of at least one month of a price increase to our services. A price increase can occur at any time throughout a membership and throughout the year in relation to the yearly membership fee, lead fees and any other charges. Any increase in charges will be delivered by e-mail and it is the traders / businesses responsibility to ensure that we have a current e-mail address on our records at all times.

Yearly membership fee, lead fees and success fee:

There will be a success fee for any work secured through our service. Work will be considered to be secured if after quoting, messaging or contacting the client via the website you are paid for some or all of the job advertised or similar or related work. Success fees will become due on the day the work is completed. Any work completed, discussed, verbally quoted or quoted within a 8 week period from when the last job / service was finished will still qualify for a 2% success fee but not a lead fee. It is the members responsibility to inform head office when all work is completed so a rating from the customer can be taken.

The success fee is calculated at 2% (+vat) of the total value of the job.

9. Severance.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

10. Governing Law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
